  • We offer both communal and private hot and cold contrast therapy sessions for up to 4 people, with 30-minute and 60-minute session options available.

    During your session, you'll have full access to our wellness facilities, including:

    • A traditional Finnish sauna

    • A cold plunge bath

    • An outdoor hot magnesium bath

    Every visit includes Two towels, an Electrolyte sachet, and access to our Herbal tea station, allowing you to relax, rehydrate, and make the most of your experience.

    Simply head to our Booking page, choose your preferred session type, select an available date and time, and complete your booking online.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

    We understand that plans can change. You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your session.

    Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be fully refunded, or your session can be rescheduled to a later date.

    As a small business, we are unable to offer refunds or rescheduling for cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time.

    Admission Policy

    For the safety and comfort of all guests and staff, Drift & Embers reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears intoxicated or whose behaviour may pose a risk to themselves, others, or our team.

    In such cases, the booking will be treated as a late cancellation and no refund or reschedule will be provided.

    We aim to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible, typically within one business day.

  • We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to your session, and arriving with your swimwear already underneath where possible. This helps you make the most of your time and enjoy a seamless experience from the moment you arrive.

    For your convenience, we also provide two private curtained changing areas should you prefer to change on site.

  • We have two shower options available on site for your convenience.

    Indoors, you’ll find a shower that can be used as either a hot or cold experience, depending on your preference. We also have an outdoor cold shower for a more invigorating finish.

    Shower products are provided and available to use in both facilities.

  • Swimwear must be worn in the sauna at all times, and guests are required to sit on a towel for hygiene and safety reasons. A sauna towel will be provided for your use.

    After your session, please place used towels in the designated laundry basket.

    • All sessions at Drift & Embers are pre-booked. We do accept Walk in during communal hours.

    • Each booking provides use of the facilities. If it’s a private session, use of the facilities is exclusive for up to four (4) guests.

    • Sessions are 1 hour in duration. This includes changing.

    • Guests must arrive on time and vacate the facilities within their allocated 1 hour slot.

    • Late arrivals will not be granted additional time.

    • Exceeding session time is not permitted as it affects subsequent bookings.

    • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

    • Prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice.

    • Drift & Embers reserves the right to amend pricing, promotions, and availability at any time

    • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

    • Rescheduled sessions must be used within 30 days.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, or failure to attend (no-shows), are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • In exceptional circumstances, Drift & Embers may, at its discretion, offer a goodwill adjustment.

    • Use of the sauna and plunge pools is entirely at your own risk.

    • Guests are strongly advised to consult a GP before use, particularly if pregnant or if they have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.

    • By booking, you confirm that you and your group are fit to participate, understand the risks associated with hot and cold exposure, and accept full responsibility for your participation.

    • Drift & Embers accepts no liability for injury, illness, or adverse reactions arising from use of the facilities, except where required by law.

    • Guests under 16 years of age are not permitted.

    • Guests aged 16–17 must be accompanied by an adult (maximum ratio: two 16+ guests per one adult).

    • Drift & Ember sis a calm, respectful wellness environment.

    • Guests must follow all house rules, safety signage, and staff instructions at all times.

    • Any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

    • Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry.

    • Sauna and plunge use must follow displayed safety guidance.

    • Sauna use is recommended at 5–15 minutes, with a maximum of 20 minutes per session.

    • Plunge pool use is recommended at 1–3 minutes, with a maximum of 5 minutes per session.

    • Hot Bath use is recommended at 10 - 15 minutes.

    • Guests must exit immediately if feeling dizzy, unwell, or uncomfortable.

    • Personal lotions, oils, or products must not be used in the sauna or plunge pools.

    • Drift & Embers accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

    • Any damage caused by guests may be charged to the booking holder.

    • Photography and video recording are permitted only within private sessions and must respect the privacy of others.

    • Drift & Embers may take photographs or videos for marketing purposes only with prior consent.

    • Drift & Ember reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, maintenance, or safety concerns.

    • In such cases, guests will be offered a reschedule or credit.

    • Drift & Embers shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

    • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law.

    • Drift & Embers reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

    • The version in force at the time of booking will apply.

    • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

    Drift & Embers collects and processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

    We may collect the following information:

    • Booking and payment information

    • Health declarations provided voluntarily for safety purposes
