  • We offer communal and private sessions for up to 4 people for 1 hour of hot and cold contrast therapy. Use have use of the facilities in that time which includes a Traditional Indoor Sauna, A Cold Plunge Bath and a Hot Magnesium Bath outside. You are also provided with two towels, electroylte sachet and herbal tea station.

  • Head to our Booking page and you can select your time and session.

  • There is no charge for cancelations done 24 hours before your session. You can also reschedule any session up to 24 hours before your session starts. However due to being a small business, any cancelations in the 24 hour window can not be refunded or rescheduled. 


    Admission Policy

    For health and safety reasons, Drift & Embers reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who appears intoxicated or whose presence may pose a risk to themselves, other guests, or staff. In such cases, no refund or reschedule will be offered.

  • Wear something comfortable and loose-fitting. We adivse to come with your swimwear underneath. This allows for you to have more time to enjoy your session. However, we do have two curtained changing areas for privacy.

  • Yes, we have one indoors which can be a hot or cold expereince and then we have a cold one outdoors. Shower products are available to use in both showers.

  • Swimwear must be worn in the sauna, and guests must sit on a towel at all times. A sauna towel will be provided for your use. Please place your towel in the laundry basket after your session.

    • All sessions at Drift & Embers are pre-booked. We do accept Walk in during communal hours.

    • Each booking provides use of the facilities. If it’s a private session, use of the facilities is exclusive for up to four (4) guests.

    • Sessions are 1 hour in duration. This includes changing.

    • Guests must arrive on time and vacate the facilities within their allocated 1 hour slot.

    • Late arrivals will not be granted additional time.

    • Exceeding session time is not permitted as it affects subsequent bookings.

    • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

    • Prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice.

    • Drift & Embers reserves the right to amend pricing, promotions, and availability at any time

    • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

    • Rescheduled sessions must be used within 30 days.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, or failure to attend (no-shows), are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • In exceptional circumstances, Drift & Embers may, at its discretion, offer a goodwill adjustment.

    • Use of the sauna and plunge pools is entirely at your own risk.

    • Guests are strongly advised to consult a GP before use, particularly if pregnant or if they have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.

    • By booking, you confirm that you and your group are fit to participate, understand the risks associated with hot and cold exposure, and accept full responsibility for your participation.

    • Drift & Embers accepts no liability for injury, illness, or adverse reactions arising from use of the facilities, except where required by law.

    • Guests under 16 years of age are not permitted.

    • Guests aged 16–17 must be accompanied by an adult (maximum ratio: two 16+ guests per one adult).

    • Drift & Ember sis a calm, respectful wellness environment.

    • Guests must follow all house rules, safety signage, and staff instructions at all times.

    • Any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

    • Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry.

    • Sauna and plunge use must follow displayed safety guidance.

    • Sauna use is recommended at 5–15 minutes, with a maximum of 20 minutes per session.

    • Plunge pool use is recommended at 1–3 minutes, with a maximum of 5 minutes per session.

    • Hot Bath use is recommended at 10 - 15 minutes.

    • Guests must exit immediately if feeling dizzy, unwell, or uncomfortable.

    • Personal lotions, oils, or products must not be used in the sauna or plunge pools.

    • Drift & Embers accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

    • Any damage caused by guests may be charged to the booking holder.

    • Photography and video recording are permitted only within private sessions and must respect the privacy of others.

    • Drift & Embers may take photographs or videos for marketing purposes only with prior consent.

    • Drift & Ember reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, maintenance, or safety concerns.

    • In such cases, guests will be offered a reschedule or credit.

    • Drift & Embers shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

    • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law.

    • Drift & Embers reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

    • The version in force at the time of booking will apply.

    • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
