Join us for a calming Sound & Sauna Experience, designed to gently guide your body and mind into deep rest.
Begin with soothing guided breathwork to quiet the mind and settle the nervous system.
You’ll then move into the sauna, hot & cold baths, allowing yourself 90 minutes to cycle between warmth and refreshment, supported by gentle tuning forks and aromatherapy to deepen relaxation and restore balance.
We will then close the session with a 60-minute immersive sound and gong bath, allowing the vibration to wash over you and carry you into a state of deep rest and reset.
Perfect for stress relief, nervous system support, and reconnecting with yourself.
